COACHING

Your career and your life calling should be one and the same!  Coaching allows businesses and their staff to use their leadership and job skills in a redemptive way.  FAMA creates community wide platforms for educating and mentoring our fellow man.  Of course, since neighbors have their own sense of personal need, the care consulting team would need to be diverse in its business knowledge and established in good character.  Businesses will gain the opportunity to powerfully connect the mission of their organization to the outside world, thus naturally growing its market share while sharing vital knowledge to community.
