Having Pastored a local congregation in urban settings for nearly two decades, Alfred Johnson has garnered valuable experience and perspective as regards creating effective bridges between professionals in various fields and the community. The restoration of the urban family is at the heart of all F.A.M.A. initiatives. The combination of Mr. Johnson’s 27 years of marriage to his lovely wife Donna, his in depth pastoral experience in the urban context and his years of research into the social dynamics of low income communities has equipped Mr. Johnson with a rare combination of skill sets that he wants to make available to you and your organization.
Dr. Deborah Comellas, Senior Pastor, served as an Associate Pastor at New Testament Worship Center since 1983. In May of 2009, she became the Senior Pastor. Currently she ministers in the areas of Preaching and Teaching the Word, as well as a Worship Leader and musician. She has done some short-term missionary work on the Island of Dominica and has taken other mission trips to Kingston and Montego Bay, Jamaica. She also ministers in Word and song at Women’s Conferences. She is a graduate of Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas Texas earning a two year Associates Degree and holds a Doctor of Divinity Degree from Florida Beacon College & Seminary. Her passion is to declare the purpose of God for this generation, to prepare leaders through training and equipping, and to challenge believers to reach their full potential in God! Her heart yearns for the Glory of God to be revealed in and through the Church in unprecedented ways and for the fires of revival to burn unquenchable producing supernatural harvest.
After a midlife religious and professional transformation, Sol Pitchon operates several Christian anti-abortion pregnancy centers in Florida that offer assistance to women experiencing unplanned pregnancies. Following his conversion to Christianity in his 40s, the former University of Florida psychology major went back to school. Earning a master’s degree in counseling from Liberty University, he left his position as an underwriting manager with Allstate Insurance. As a Christian psychotherapist, Pitchon worked at a Christian psychiatric hospital for three years and then in private practice for five years before being asked to take over New Life Solutions, where he serves as CEO.

Biographical Sketch of Craig S. Holloway
Pastor Craig Holloway is a native of Miami, Fl. Where he was raised for the most part in a single parent home with five siblings. He was reared in a church environment all of his early life and at the tender age of sixteen, he was licensed as a minister of the gospel. In 1979, he relocated to Tampa, FL to continue his ministerial training and in 1987 received his ministerial ordination from Jubilee Christian Fellowship Ministries Inc. in Oklahoma City, OK.
In 1991, Pastor Craig founded Triumphant Church Fellowship, a non-denomination, multi-cultural church presently renamed as Triumphant Life Family Ministries Inc. Today, Pastor Craig serves as the lead Pastor of TLFM United States and overseer of Triumphant Sheepgate Chapel Int’l. in Ghana West Africa. His dominant spiritual giftedness and passion is in family ministry.
The mission of TLFM is to serve our communities as an outward focused organization touching lives and meeting needs in any capacity needed. Primarily teaching God’s word and building families.
Pastor Craig founded Triumphant Brotherhood, Inc. a men’s leadership and character development group. He also serves in the capacity as a marriage mentor and coach to married couples of all ages. Due to his many decades of ministry education and experience, he gives back by serving as a church consultant, training future church leaders, and the mentoring of younger senior pastors. In addition to the organization he personally leads, he has also dedicated himself to impacting cities and local communities as part of (A.I.M) Association of Independent Ministries, (F.A.M.A) Faith Action Ministry Alliance and Somebody Cares Tampa Bay.
Pastor Craig has been married to his beautiful wife Barbara since 1988 who works alongside him as Co-Pastor. They have four adult children and six grandchildren.
